This Public Offer (“Offer”) is an official document defining the terms and conditions for purchasing photo books and custom-designed books from Ilgina Khusainova PR Beograd, a registered sole proprietor in the Republic of Serbia (hereinafter “We” or “Company”) via the website https://pullybook.shop.
By placing an order on the Website, the customer (“You” or “Client”) accepts this Offer in full.

1. Scope of Services
We provide:
1. Travel Photo Books:
  • Choose a cover based on your travel destination.
  • Inside the book are only your photos.
2. Custom Photo Books for Any Occasion:
  • Fully custom design created in cooperation with the Client.
  • Ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, family histories, or special events.

2. Order Formation
  • To place an order, select a book, add it to the cart, and complete the payment process.
  • After payment, the Company will contact the Client during working hours to confirm the order, clarify details, and provide instructions for submitting photos and text.
  • Photos should only be sent after receiving instructions from the Company.

3. Payment and Refund Policy
  • Orders are considered confirmed and non-refundable once the design process begins.
  • Refunds are only possible before the start of the design process.
  • If the Client fails to respond for six (6) months, the payment is forfeited and the order is canceled.
  • Payment is made via Robokassa (Visa, MasterCard).

4. Design Revisions
  • Each custom book includes two rounds of design revisions.
  • Additional revisions are available for an extra fee (suggested €10–15 per round).
  • The Client is responsible for timely feedback. Delays in responses may extend project timelines. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by late responses.

5. Production and Delivery
  • Estimated time for creation of a custom layout: 7–10 business days.
  • Estimated printing time: 5–7 business days.
  • Times are approximate and may vary due to production or delivery delays.
  • Delivery within Serbia is via Serbia Post, costs are paid separately by the Client.
  • International delivery is available upon agreement.
  • Risks related to postal delays are not the responsibility of the Company.

6. Client Responsibilities
  • The Client must be reachable and respond promptly to communications.
  • Photos and text should only be submitted after receiving instructions from the Company.
  • If the Client delays communication beyond 1–2 days, project timelines will automatically be adjusted.
  • The Company is not responsible for delays caused by the Client.

7. Liability
  • The Company is not liable for delays in production or delivery caused by third parties, postal services, or late communication from the Client.
  • The Company guarantees proper execution of services according to the agreed design and terms.

8. Miscellaneous
  • By placing an order, the Client confirms acceptance of these terms.
  • This Offer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
  • Any disputes arising from this Offer will be resolved under the applicable Serbian legislation.
